“The performances recorded in the first half of 2023 once again clearly represent how the SCK Group, today deWol Industries, is a leader in the window and door market sector. The marginal decrease in the results of the first half of 2023 compared to the same reference period of 2022 it is generally due to the deterioration of the regulatory and market environment as well as the regulatory uncertainty relating to the superbonus and seisma bonus – comments theCEO Marco Cipriano – Taking into account the regulatory and market context, it is necessary to highlight the strategic importance of the two acquisitions completed in August, including the entry into the management of the partners Paolo Tosti, Michele and Denis Verzè and Lodovico Lorigiola. We knew the importance of focusing on the value of our industry and we are pleased to have taken this further step to consolidate our growth. In this regard, the pro forma results relating to revenues and EBITDA highlight the growth that the SCK Group can achieve in the short and long term”.
