(Finance) – The Shareholders’ Meeting of Sciuker Framesa company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, meeting under the chairmanship of CEO Marco Cipriano, examined and approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2023, which show a profit for the year of Euro 3.4 million.
The Assembly appointed, with the list voting mechanism, the new Board of Directors of Sciuker Frames, previously defining the number of members at 7 (seven) and establishing 3 financial years (and so on until the date of the Assembly called for the approval of the financial statements for the financial year ending on 31 December 2026) the duration of the relevant assignment.
The Board of Directors appointed by today’s Shareholders’ Meeting is therefore composed of the following members, drawn from the single list presented by H.Arm Srl, owner of n. 10,918,220 ordinary shares of the Company, equal to 48.47% of the relevant share capital: Marco Cipriano (Chairman of the Board of Directors); Romina Cipriano (Vice President); Paolo Fulvio Tosti (Vice President); Michele Verzè (Vice President); Riccardo Maria Monti; Luca Bottone; Diana D’Isanto.
The ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting also cMarco Cipriano confirmed as President of the Board of Directors of the Company.
