(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Sciuker Framesa group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the production of eco-sustainable windows and in the implementation of energy requalification interventions, has announced the establishment of the 100% subsidiary “SCK Force Srl”where all the commercial and marketing activities of the new project of the “SCK Windows Store”. A radical transformation of the points of sale into mono-brand showrooms specialized in the sale of fixtures and solar shading with a Made in Italy design and in the planning of energy redevelopment interventions is planned.
As envisaged in the Update of the 2022-2024 Business Plan, in two years there will be more than 20 million euros invested to transform the best 400 Italian resellers into SCK Windows Stores; they are assigned an annual turnover target of 200 million euros divided between the Sciuker Frames, GC Infissi and Teknika products.
Marco Cipriano, president and CEO of the group, explains that the new stores will be “a single exhibition space capable of offering a unique purchasing patha complete range of fixtures and accessories capable of satisfying every need, and consultancy services for the design of energy redevelopment interventions”.
