The ingredient is a tongue-in-cheek reference to a scene in the film in which the origin of the monster is determined based on the nectar.
However, Slusho.com has not been accessible for several years. The fact that the site is now online again may indicate an upcoming advertising campaign for the new Cloverfield film and may even indicate a near launch date. The story of the new sci-fi film is not yet known, but the director has already been determined.
