Who’s afraid of Ashton Kutcher? Many Butterfly Effect fans probably remember the shocking story of the sci-fi hit with discomfort. However, its two sequels have been completely forgotten. Part 1 is on TV today.
On TV today: Disturbing sci-fi cult with an “almost unbearable” sequel
Butterfly Effect revolves around young Evan (Logan Lerman/John Patrick Amedori/Ashton Kutcher) and his friends, who grow up under extremely traumatic conditions. As a child, Evan suffers from regular memory lapses. As a student, he is shocked to discover that he can travel back in time can take control of his child’s body, which leads to the blackouts. He sets out to change his disturbing childhood to avoid its consequences in the present.
