(Tiper Stock Exchange) – It was signed today by the Ministry of Education and all the trade union organizations of the school, the updated version of the collective agreement (CCNI) on the criteria for allocation of resources constituent financial fund for the improvement of the training offer (MOF) for the 2022/2023 school year.
On subscription the ANIEF delegation was also presentabsent at the signing last October, as the full usability of the young representative union even in the context of supplementary bargaining was only unlocked with the signing of the CCNL Education and Research 2019-2021 economic part, which took place on 6 December 2022.
The new signing – explains the union – became necessary following the observations of the Central Budget Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the hypothetical agreement signed on 3 October 2022.
The long time span between the signing of the first hypothesis of CCNI and the certification of the Fund it is due to the process for the use of part of the resources for salary increases“, explains the MEF, pointing out that this “temporal misalignment” has caused “some critical issues” and has required some changes to be made with respect to which in relation to the amount that amounts to 1,629,341,147 euros which contributes to: a residual allocation for the 2022 financial year of €569,831,147; the allocation in the budget for the financial year 2023, equal to 1,059,510,000 euros.
