(Finance) – The commission examination of the Delegation to the Government for the timely transposition of European directives and the implementation of other acts of the European Union (European Delegation Law 2022-2023), excluding any other provision of legislative delegation not directly attributable to the transposition of European legislative acts.

As regards the school, the union Anief recalls that “if the 2023-2024 school year opened with a number of 200 thousand temporary workers and the same number of vacant professorships it is precisely the responsibility of the governments that have not taken into account the European indications contained in Directive 70/1999, relating precisely to theabuse of fixed-term contracts and unequal treatment between contracts and fixed-term and permanent contracts”.

For the young school union, on the subject of precarious employment, an answer is needed important which includes stabilization and compensation for damages, but also the cancellation of unequal treatment of which precarious staff are the victims. Because of this Anief asks: a double channel automatic for stabilization; there stabilization of AFAM personnel; there equal treatment legal and economic aspects of temporary staff; a service allowance for temporary staff; the extension of the teacher’s charter to all substitute teachers.

The representative union Anief, after having denounced the abuse of fixed-term contracts for Italian precarious workers in 2010 and having obtained a first sentence condemning Italian legislation in 2014 with the Mascolo sentence before the European Court of Justice, demonstrates that, with these requests for modification, faithful interpreter of the community law.
