This means that – thanks to the favorable expressions of the European Court of Justice, the Council of State and recently the Supreme Court of Cassation – our successful and free appeals will be relaunched as and more than before: all substitutes will be able to present them to the labor judge annually until June 30, at the end of lessons, but also all those who have carried out at least 150 days of teaching per school year”.
