It was when the student was told by the school employee to take off his cap that a conflict arose, according to the investigation.
According to the prosecutor, the student was pulled by the arm so that he fell against a wall and fell to the floor. The school employee then allegedly kicked him in the leg.
Another employee at the school saw what happened and will testify in the district court.
The school employee has denied abusing the student and says in questioning that she took his arm lightly.
