(Finance) – “A contract has finally been signed which was to allocate the residual 400 million euros and clarify some points with respect to the 2 billion allocated for the table increases. Anief has done its part. What should the Government do? Immediately release holiday allowances contract for further automatic increases of 160 euros per month pending the allocation of resources for the next renewal 2022/2024”. He declares it Marcello Pacifico, national president of Anief at the end of the negotiation concluded today at Aran for the contract renewal 2019/21 for Education, University and Research which affects about 1,300,000 workers.
If the Government does not increase the contractual holiday allowance, the Anief union has already prepared specific appeals in court for its full recovery and for the assignment of substantial arrears.
