(Finance) – The Ministry of Education today published thepublication notice of Ministerial Decree no. 37/2024 which initiates the procedures for updating the Full Rankings. There expiration The deadline for submitting applications for stay/update/transfer is scheduled for March 15th. You can fill out the application starting today at 12:00. The Ministry of Education and Merit has just published the long-awaited Decree updating the Full Rankings. Teaching and educational staff, included fully or with reserve, in the Full Rankings must compulsorily submit an application (under penalty of cancellation from the GaE) and can request:
a) the updating of score with which it is included in the ranking;
b) the reinstatement in the ranking, with the recovery of the points accrued at the time of cancellation for not having submitted an application for permanence and/or updating in the previous two/three years, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 1-bis, of the legislative decree of 7 April 2004, n. . 97, converted, with amendments, by law 4 June 2004, n. 143; reinstatement is not permitted to those who, previously included with reservations awaiting a ruling, were subsequently the recipients of an unfavorable sentence;
c) the permanence in the ranking in full or with reservation or the dissolution of the same. Pursuant to article 1, paragraph 1-bis, of the legislative decree of 7 April 2004, n. 97, converted, with amendments, by law 4 June 2004, n. 143, permanence, with full rights or with reservation, in the rankings subject to exhaustion occurs upon request of the interested party, to be submitted according to the methods and deadlines set out in the following article 9. Failure to submit the application will result in cancellation from the rankings for those subsequent school years. Upon request of the interested party, to be submitted within the next update deadline, reinstatement in the ranking will be allowed, with the recovery of the score accrued at the time of cancellation;
d) the transfer from one province to another in which he will be placed, for each of the inclusion rankings, even with reservations, in the corresponding membership band with the score due, possibly updated following a contextual request. The request for transfer from one province to another automatically entails the transfer from all the rankings in which the candidate is enrolled and, consequently, the cancellation from all the rankings of the province of origin until exhaustion.

Unfortunately, these rankings have been locked down since 2009 and new entries are not possible, but those included in these rankings must update their position even if they do not have additional qualifications or services compared to the score already assigned. After the closing of the GaE update application, the GPS update procedure will take place which affects a much larger number of temporary workers. Our union, as always, will provide advice and assistance to all teachers affected by this procedure.”
In addition to theupdate of your position in the GaE it will also be possible to join the correspondents lists supporting. But only the teachers already present in GaE for a curricular competition class they will be able to enter, even subject to obtaining the specialization, in the corresponding support lists of the GaE as they are precluded from new insertions.
