HE WAS UNDER SIege for 3 MONTHS

Mariupol was brutally devastated during a nearly three-month siege that ended last week when about 2,500 Ukrainian fighters left a steel mill where they were hiding. Russian troops already held the rest of the city, where an estimated 100,000 people were stranded during the siege with little food, water, heating or electricity.
