The unique mix of melodrama, soap opera, crime comedy and horror rightly achieved cult status in the 90s. How good that there is the long-term patient Ms. Drusse (Kirsten Rolffes). The amateur detective with a penchant for the spiritual takes on the case.

Lars von Trier creates with his feeling for the disgusting Images that stay in your memory and a somewhat coherent story that combines the best of Stranger Things and Scrubs.
But one problem remains, as in other works by Trier, that he not taking certain topics seriously. When it comes to gender-political discussions or the depicted violence against women, he uses a wooden hammer instead of tact. That being said, Lars von Trier has managed to make it out of one with Ghosts Genre potpourri to create a coherent and entertaining cult series.
