Leijoni’s long-term credit striker Teemu Hartikainen will move to the ranks of Kuopio KalPa next season, says Savon Sanomat based on their sources.

According to Savo Sanomat, the information is reliable. The contract will keep Hartikainen in Kuopio until spring 2027.

Hartikainen, who won the Olympic gold and the world championship in the national team, has said over the years that he would like to end his career in his breeding club KalPa.

34-year-old Hartikainen is already playing his third season in Switzerland in the ranks of Geneve-Servette. The aggressive forward has scored 10+7=17 points in 11 matches.
