It was on Sunday evening that Israel carried out airstrikes against the Tel Al-Sultan area in western Rafah. At least 45 Palestinians were killed, many after being trapped under burning tents and sheds where they sought shelter.
Now it appears that ammunition manufactured in the United States may have been used by Israel’s military during the attack. This is reported by several American media.
