After a Two-Month Trial featuring testimony from 15 Witnesses, jury Convicted Joshua Tomlinson In May of Second-Degree Murder in the Jan. 26, 2021 Death of Allen Schairer, 62, and Breaking and Entering His Home. The Murder Conviction Carries An Automatic Life Sentence, With Word Ineligibility for At Least 10 Years and Up to 25 Years.

Additionally, McArthur Sentenced Tomlinson to 10 Years for Breaking and Entering, A Figure He also Cut Down from 12.

Tomlinson is Scheduled to go to trial Again in December in the DEATH OF SUE LUMSDEN. The Sarnia Senior was stabbed by an intruder during a break-in at her essex street home three days before schairer Died.
