David Logan, who held the role in charge of city information technology, human resources, emergency management, communications, legal and customer service departments, left the city’s employ on Dec. 20, chief administrator Chris Carter said via email.
Logan started with the city as human resources director in April 2020 .
The general manager position, one of three at the city, was created about three months later amid management restructuring.

AT posting for the general manager position closed Jan. 16.
City treasurer and director of finance Holly Reynolds is handling corporate services responsibilities in the interim, Carter said.
Assistant city solicitor Olivia Nisbet continues to manage all legal services, he said.
