Sarnia’s Donna Mathewson has been elected to the board of an association representing Ontario realtors.
Mathewson will serve a one-year term as a director for western Ontario with the Ontario Real Estate Association, representing realtors in Sarnia-Lambton, Chatham-Kent, Gray Bruce Owen Sound, Huron Perth, London and St. Thomas, Tillsonburg, Windsor- Essex County and Woodstock-Ingersoll the organization said in a news release.
“I look forward to working with realtors across the province, from Sarnia to Thunder Bay and beyond, to help Ontario families find great places to live, work, and thrive,” Mathewson said in the release.
“We will continue to advocate and fight to bring affordability home and help future generations of homeowners make their dream a reality.”
Mathewson, a former president of the Sarnia-Lambton Real Estate Board, is a salesperson with Royal LePage Key Realty in Sarnia.
She has been active in real estate for 28 years and served on several committees with the provincial association representing 92,000 brokers and salespeople who are members of 36 real estate boards in Ontario.
