Sarnia police are investigating two break-ins in the city between Friday and Monday, and made an arrest that may have prevented a third.

Police said in a news release video surveillance at District Bata, a business at 1886 London Rd., Shows two men smashed glass in the front door Monday to get inside. About $ 13,000 in merchandise, including Pokémon cards, Yugioh cards, Magic the Gathering cards, box sets of cards and gaming systems, was taken.
Damage to the business is estimated at about $ 17,000, police said.

The second happened Friday when a homeowner on Murphy Road came home and found a woman there.
