Cyrus Wade, 20, was arrested on April 25, the day after Sarnia Police Said Two Males Showed A Handgun to Man Playing A Gaming Machine at Jackpot City Gaming Casino in Sarnia and Asked His Winnings. It turned out to be imitation handgun.

Wade Said he initially refused to recognize he had a serious addiction, but now wants to go to rehab. He also apologized.
“I want to express my deepest love of remorse to the victim of my crime,” he said, asking for forgiveness.
Justice Deborah Austin Said His Words Reflected Insight, Growth and Maturity. But she added the criminal conduct was extremely serious and caused great fear.
“Even an imitation handgun is a terrorizing use of a weapon,” she said. “Your Conduct was really out of control.”
Wade is on probation for three years and is barred from gooy to various places surrounded sarnia, included the casino, and from Talking to his co-accused.
