But 35-Year-Old Tyson Borden’s theft of a Cellphone from a Child Inside Lambton Mall Caught the attention of the prosecutor.

He Later Pleaded Guilty to Carrying A Weapon for A Dangerous Purpose and Two COUNTS OF BREACHING BAIL and was sentenced to six months of house arrest.

After Borden Gets Released, He’ll Be on Probation for 18 Months and is Banned from Talking to Four people, Going to Three Places, Including Lambton Mall, and from Cards in Other People’s Names. He’s also Ordered to Pay the Woman who Parked in Germain Park More Than $ 1,500 in return.
