A local man accused of taking upskirt photos in Windsor recently faces voyeurism charges after an incident at Lambton Mall, Sarnia police say.

A Sarnia man, 46, was charged in Windsor with secretly recording a person for sexual purposes after a man and two women clashed early New Year’s Day at a Riverside Drive East business.
The clash came after a women caught a man using a cellphone to take photos up one of the women’s dresses, Windsor police said.
A man surreptitiously took photos of females at Lambton Mall Dec. 28 βin a manner which constitutes a criminal offense,β Sarnia police said in a release Thursday.
The man accused in Windsor now faces two counts of voyeurism, police said.
Sarnia police are trying to identify the alleged victims and ask anyone with information about the case to contact Det.-Const. Erik Ostenfeldt at 519-344-8861, ext. 6254.

Driver sought after Petrolia pedestrian hit Dec. 27
Investigators are seeking a driver after a pedestrian was hit and injured by a reversing pickup Dec. 27, provincial police say.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with injuries that weren’t life-threatening after the 1:30 pm collision on Petrolia Line at West Street, Lambton OPP said in a release.
The pickup driver left the scene, police said. Police have released a photo of a black Toyota Tundra they are looking for and asked the driver or owner to contact them as soon as possible.
