(Finance) – JPMorgan has closed its share of 5.2% in the shareholding of Saras, a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the oil refining sector and in the production of electricity. This can be learned from the Consob communications relating to significant shareholdings, where it is indicated that the transaction was completed in two tranches, between 18 and 19 July.
