Sarah Sjöström has done it again!
Won his second Olympic gold in Paris – and his third overall in his career.
But now the golden hero reveals the secret love message that surprises everyone.
Expectations were high on Sarah Sjostrom ahead of the summer Olympics in Paris, her fifth Olympic participation in her life. Before the championship, she had “only” managed to salvage a single Olympic gold during her fantastic swimming career.

But last week, the Swedish swimming queen did not disappoint. On Sunday evening came the second straight Olympic gold and we can summarize a great success with gold medals in both the 50 and 100 meter freestyle.

The 30-year-old has now finished swimming in Paris and is hailed as Sweden’s great gold hero right now. Right after his second Olympic gold – and third overall in his career – Sjöström reveals his secret love message to the Swedish people.
Sarah’s Secret
Sarah has actually secretly married the boyfriend Johan de Jong Skierus before the departure for the summer Olympics. But the “real” wedding will take place in Italy later in September.
– I don’t have the ring on me yet. The official ceremony is at the end of September and that’s when I say I’m married. Our rings also say September 28. But absolutely, on paper I might be married. But I’m not saying I’m married yet, she says in Max’s TV broadcast.

The reason for the secret wedding is for purely legal reasons as a Swedish citizen is not allowed to marry in Italy. Of course, Sjöström celebrated the new Olympic gold together with her new husband Johan, with a victory kiss in the stands.
– It’s great fun to win Olympic medals, but in the end it’s being with family and friends that means a lot, says Sjöström after the gold medal.

Now an autumn awaits with fewer competitors for Olympic gold hero Sarah Sjöström.
– I’ll take care of myself a little. There will be a wedding at the end of September, there is quite a lot to do with it, she admits.
