Säpo suggests that the names of civil servants should be anonymised in public decision-making documents.
According to the authority, decisions without names would better protect individuals and the state against, among other things, gang crime, Sydsvenskan reports.
The proposal has been submitted in an opinion to the Ministry of Justice, and the government is currently reviewing how protection against civil servants can be strengthened.
