Now law professor Sanna Wolk reacts to the revelation. She believes that judges should be regularly trained in impartiality.
– We must have confidence in our legal system, that we have a functioning system, that the court is independent, she says.
In Kalla fakta’s random sample investigation, over 600 individual trials were found where Masonic brothers were judges, prosecutors, lawyers. And none of the judges and prosecutors have reported their personal ties to the court, which is a legal requirement.
