(Finance) – Saint Lawrencewith reference to the buy-back program authorized by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2022, announced that, between 12 and 16 September 2022, he bought altogether 24,995 ordinary shares at an average price of € 32.61 per share, for a countervalue overall of 814,994.05 euros.
Following the transactions carried out so far, as of September 16 Sanlorenzo holds 99,189 treasury shares.
