Sandman Netflix officially announces a season 2 when

SANDMAN SEASON 2. Four months after its release on Netflix, the Sandman series has officially been renewed for season 2. But when can you see the sequel?

[Mis à jour le 3 novembre 2022 à 9h17] Sandman fans have been waiting for this news for four months. netflix has finally formalized season 2 of the series imagined by Neil Gaiman. “Amazing stories still await Morpheus and the others, commented the famous author in a message shared on the official Twitter of the platform of streaming. Now is the time to get back to work. A family dinner is coming…and Lucifer is waiting for Morpheus to return to Hell.”

For now, the date of season 2 of Sandman has not been communicated by Netflix. If the first season had taken about ten years to see the light of day, we can reasonably hope that the wait will not be as long before discovering the sequel. The new episodes of the series will look at the conflict that awaits Morpheus and Lucifer, which was teased at the end of the last episode. As a reminder, The Sandman is the adaptation of the saga of graphic novels by Neil Gaiman (Coraline, American Gods, Good Omens), however prohibited at least 18 years old because of the darkness of his story, featuring the journey of the sandman.

Synopsis – Sandman is a cosmic being who controls dreams. Until the day he is captured. He was held prisoner for many years. Once released, he will have to travel through different timelines and to different worlds in order to repair the chaos caused in his absence.

Sandman was the most anticipated Netflix series of August 2022. The series adapting Neil Gaiman’s graphic novel has been available on the platform since August 5, 2022. Like the streaming giant’s other original series, all of the episodes will be accessible for subscribers. If Sandman has been renewed for a season 2, it is not yet known when the new episodes will be released.
