Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez is considering resigning after his wife is investigated for corruption.
“I need to stop and think” to decide “whether I should continue leading the government or whether I should renounce this honor,” he writes in a letter published on X.
He adds that he will announce his decision on Monday and that until then he has suspended his commitments.
