(Finance) – New invitationby the extraordinary administration of Sanac, to express interest in the acquisition of all the corporate complexes managed by the Company at the factories of Assemini (CA), Gattinara (VC), Massa (MS) and Vado Ligure (SV), understood as a whole. The deadline is set for July 1st. This is communicated by Mimit in a note.
Sanac is a leading company in the extraction, production and marketing of refractory materials, currently employing over 260 people in total. His activity is largely dedicated to needs of the steel production sites of the former Ilva grouptoday Acciaierie d’Italia in AS.
“There reopening of the tender procedure – we read in the note – it comes after the decision of the AdI commissioners to restart the orders towards Sanac. The restart of orders has laid the foundations for the company’s production relaunch: the redundancy fund went from 40% in 2023 to 10% in May 2024, while the expected turnover for 2024 it will be around 50 million euros compared to 37 million in 2023“.
