One of the biggest features of the Samsung Galaxy Ultra is about to disappear with the arrival of the next model at the start of 2025.
Samsung is continuing to release new products, but also design changes for its iconic devices. After headphones strongly inspired by AirPods and a Galaxy Watch Ultra that is reminiscent of the Apple Watch Ultra, the Korean firm would choose a new design for its flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
According to UniverseIce, a leaker specializing in the social network X (formerly Twitter), the next Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra would abandon the iconic square design to make way for rounded edges. The leaker specifies that this design would notably echo the curved edges that could be seen on the old Galaxy Note smartphones.
The choice of curved edges should guarantee a better overall grip for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but at the expense of its recognizable image.
However, we will have to wait until the beginning of 2025 to have confirmation of this new design. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be officially announced alongside the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ around January 2025.
