What design for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE?

As its name suggests, the Galaxy S21 FE takes a lot of the design of the firm’s 2021 flagship. Exit however the aluminum back and place in the plastic material (certainly to reduce the cost of the device). The Samsung S21 FE features a 6.4″ Dynamic AMOLED display. The smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 processor which still remains today a small monster in the field, capable of efficiently managing your games and applications. You can also count on 6 to 8 GB of RAM. It is also worth noting that the S21 FE has a refresh rate up to 120Hz. Samsung also leaves the choice of storage with two options available: 128 and 256 GB.

For the battery: that of the S21 FE has 4500mAh which is better than the Samsung S21 (4000 mAh), but as much as the previous S20 FE released in October 2020. The phone is compatible with wireless charging as well as reverse charging, and even has a new supplied 25W charging block.

The rear camera of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is made up of three separate sensors, as was already the case on the previous S20 FE:

  • 12 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.
  • 8MP X3 optical zoom.
  • 32 MP selfie camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE stands out from the spearhead of the brand by offering a more affordable price than the latter. Thus, it is possible to benefit from the latest S21 FE from 759 euros in its basic configuration 6 + 128 GB. Note that there is no S21 FE 4G! Samsung only offers one version compatible with 5G communication bands. The official prices at launch of the device are as follows:

  • Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (8+256GB): 829 euros.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will be long overdue! “Fan Edition” versions of Samsung smartphones are usually expected at the end of the year, and this latest model has been at the center of rumors since August 2021. Some analysts even predicted that the S21 FE would even be canceled in favor of the latest foldable smartphones from the firm. Eventually we had to wait January 4, 2022 to have an official release online and in specialized sales stores.
