Sam Hallam’s cheeky mockery of the Swedish goal scorer after the run-over in the hockey World Cup: “Risigt”

Tre Kronor has had a dream start at the hockey WC.
Then the national team captain Sam Hallam takes the opportunity to mock one of his players in the nicest way.
– What do you tan for? Risigt!, says goal scorer Patrik Nemeth to Radiosporten.

The national team captain Sam Hallam makes his very first championship with Tre Kronor where both he and the team get a perfect start at the hockey WC. With two straight victories that gives plenty of confidence.

Swedish crush

Hallam’s mockery

When the Tre Kronor defender scored a goal in the national team shirt, he was suddenly laughed at in the middle of the victory interview.
– What do you tan for? Ridiculous! What did you say?, Nemeth says to Hallam, who walks by and laughs at him.
– Ah, it’s fun when the head coach mocks someone like that…

Union captain Sam Hallam then explains his gesture afterwards and that he really had a twinkle in his eye.
– I actually think it was the first goal of the season for him. After 70-80 games away in North America or something like that. I feel that we have a pretty good atmosphere and with each passing day or match we get something more in common. And that will be important, it will probably be the most important part to get us where we want, he tells Radiosporten.
