The Koran-burner Salwan Momika is to be deported but will receive a temporary residence permit, the Swedish Migration Agency tells TV4 Nyheterna.
“Due to obstacles to enforcement, a time-limited residence permit is granted for the period 2023-10-25 – 2024-04-16, travel document is granted for the same period,” says the Migration Agency’s decision according to TV4.
He is also banned from returning for five years.
