Projects from all over the country have been submitted, but this year all selected finalists from Stockholm. Annie Wallér, who together with other jurors, carefully assessed the contributions, sees an impressive breadth in both style and thinking.
– In some contributions there is a playfulness and experimental desire that gives the impression of innovative and humor. In others, there are examples of circular interior design, where modular thinking and dismantleability is the focus, she says.
The projects that are in the final
Sustainability has become a central part and more of a matter of course in interior design architecture today, she explains. And materials that can be used over time are used.
– It is clear how the nominees integrate the circular into their solutions in an impressive way, she says.
This year’s finalists are the store A Day’s March, the offices Bird & Bird and Tengbom and the Rolfs sea restaurant.
The winner of the gold chair 2025 will be announced at the Architectural Gala on April 3.
