(Finance) – Saipema services and solutions company for the energy and infrastructure sector, announced that they were two lists of candidates filed in view of the renewal of Board of Directors on the agenda of the Ordinary Assembly called for 14 May 2024 (single call).
An initial list of candidates, presented jointly by the Shareholders Eni and CDP Equitywhose participation is overall equal to 44.01% of the ordinary share capital, is composed of: Elisabetta Serafin; Alessandro Puliti; Francesca Mariotti; Mariano Mossa; Francesca Scaglia; Paolo Sias.
In jointly presenting List no. 1, Eni and CDP Equity Shareholders have indicated that the candidate Alessandro Puliti is in possession of the specific professional skills for appointment as CEO of the Company. Furthermore, they proposed to nominate Elisabetta Serafin Chairman of the board of directors.
A second list of candidates for the Board of Directors, presented by a group of Shareholders who have certified a total participation equal to1.26520% of the ordinary share capital, is composed of: Paul Simon Schapira; Roberto Diacetti; Patrizia Michela Giangualano.
