The man got out of his car to tell some young people who had run a red light. He ended up being beaten.
– He received a number of blows, but there is no information about the need for an ambulance, says Fredrik Svedemyr, press spokesperson at the police, about the incident that occurred in Halmstad at lunchtime.
The youth gang had managed to disappear when the police arrived at the crossing. Since then, witnesses have been interviewed and the surrounding area searched.
– We have no arrests at the moment. I don’t know how many young people it was about or how many the man was beaten by, says Fredrik Svedemyr.
