(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Gerd Graehsler, Group CFO and Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents of Saphilushanded in his resignation with effect from 28 August 2023, to undertake a new professional experience.
Graehsler, on the basis of the information available to the company, is the owner of n. 100,000 Safilo Group ordinary shares and is not entitled to indemnities or other benefits resulting from the termination of offices in the Safilo Group companies.
The Company, taking into account the guidelines drawn up and discussed by the Board of Directors with reference to the succession of top management, has already identified a successor, whose name will be communicated as soon as approved by the Board of Directors.
