(Finance) – As part of the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary promoted up SAES Getters, a group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components and systems for industrial and medical applications, it appears that today, 20 June 2024, 1,816,662 membership requests were submitted. Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 9,876,760, equal to 84.18821% of the offer.
The offering began on May 27, 2024 and will end on June 28th 2024, as extended. Borsa Italiana reminds you that SAES Getters ordinary shares purchased on the market on 27 and 28 June 2024 cannot be tendered to the offer
