(Finance) – As part of the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary promoted up SAES Getters, a group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components and systems for industrial and medical applications, it appears that today, 6 June 2024, 3,180 membership requests were submitted. Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 260,083, equal to 2.21691% of the offer.
The offering began on May 27, 2024 and will end on June 21st 2024. Borsa Italiana reminds you that SAES Getters ordinary shares purchased on the market on 20 and 21 June 2024 cannot be tendered.
