(Finance) – As part of thepublic takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary promoted on SAES Gettersa group listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of components and systems for industrial and medical applications, it appears that today, 14 June 2024, 73,842 membership requests were submitted.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 1,496,308, equal to 12.75% of the offer.
The offer began on May 27, 2024 and will end on June 21, 2024.
Italian stock exchange remember that SAES Getters ordinary shares purchased on the market on 20 and 21 June 2024 cannot be tendered.
