(Finance) – I consolidated revenues for the third quarter of 2022 of Saes Getters amounted to 67.1 million euros, up by 30.9% compared to 51.3
million euros in the corresponding quarter of 2021. If we separate both the positive exchange rate effect (+ 13.2%) and the change in the scope of consolidation (+ 2.7%), revenues grew organically by 15% (+ 7.7 million euros).
Lgross industrial profit consolidated amounted to 28.6 million euros, compared to 22.5 million euros in the corresponding period of 2021, showing strong growth (+ 27.2%) thanks to the increase in revenues, especially in the Medical Nitinol and High Vacuum, despite the penalizing effect of the higher energy expenditure in the Italian plants.
L’operating profit consolidated amounted to 10.1 million euros (15% of consolidated revenues), compared to 9.3 million euros (18.1% of consolidated revenues) in the corresponding period of the previous year.
L’Consolidated EBITDA amounts to € 14 million (20.8% of consolidated revenues), an increase compared to € 12.3 million (24% of consolidated revenues) in line with the increase in operating profit and mainly driven by the Medical Nitinol and High Vacuum, despite extraordinary operating expenses of around 3.5 million euros.
Consolidated profit was equal to 3.9 million euros (5.9% of consolidated revenues), compared to 6.2 million euros (12.1% of consolidated revenues) in the third quarter of 2021.
There net financial position consolidated at 30 September 2022 is positive for 53.1 million euros, unchanged compared to 30 June 2022.
