(Finance) – SAES Getters has received a favorable opinion from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding the sale of the Nitinol business for medical applications to the US company Resonetics, LLC.
The company announced this in a note adding that in the next few days the parties will define the technical methods and timing to reach the closing of the operation.
