An extraordinary summit of leaders of the member countries of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) was held in videoconference this Thursday, March 13. The situation in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) was on the menu. Félix Tshisekedi, the Congolese president, participated in this meeting.
