(Finance) – The Shareholders’ Meeting of SACE BT, the company of the SACE Group specialized in credit insurance, sureties and construction risk protection, today appointed the new members of the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2022-2024.
Rodolfo Mancini (President), Giammarco Boccia, Nicoletta Cassano, Teresa Rubino, Alessandra Sbardella, Daniele Schroder and Monica Scipione were appointed.
The Shareholders’ Meeting also appointed the new Board of Statutory Auditors for the three-year period 2022-2024, which is made up as follows: Paolo Giosuè Maria Bifulco (President), Stefania Clerici and Massimo Gatto (Standing Auditors), Marina Scandurra and Sergio Tempo (Alternate Auditors).
The Shareholders’ Meeting was obliged to thank the outgoing Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, while at the same time expressing the best wishes for their work to the new Directors and Statutory Auditors.
With SACE since 2009, Rodolfo Mancini currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer of SACE. Previously, he was in the management of Mediocredito Centrale (Unicredit Group) for fourteen years as Head of Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs. At the beginning of his career he worked in Italian and foreign law firms, gaining significant experience in structured finance and the capital market.
