(Finance) – The ordinary meeting of shareholders of Saccheria F.lli Franceschetti approved the distribution of an extraordinary dividend, also for purposes
stock exchange, of 0.043 Euros per share, through use of the extraordinary reserve, as resulting from the financial statements as at 31 December 2022 approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2023, net of a component of capitalized costs.
The dividend will be paid on 17 January 2024 (payment date), with an ex date of 15 January 2024 and the date of entitlement to receive the dividend (record date) on 16 January 2024.
Furthermore, the shareholders have given the Board of Directors, and on its behalf to the President of the Board of Directors, the authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares, for a maximum value of 400,000 euros.
