Since the fall of the Soviet Union, Russian strategic thinking has undergone a profound change, with the theorizing of circumventing the armed struggle. Decryption with Dimitri Minic, researcher at the French Institute of International Relations, author of Russian strategic thought and culture published by the Maison des Sciences de l’homme, a work based on an examination of military literature in Russia and which allows us to understand how Russian strategists perceive the characteristics of modern warfare and which also sheds light on the failure of Russian armed forces in Ukraine.
