Ukraine has hit a Russian salvage ship off the annexed Crimean peninsula, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry says.
The salvage vessel belongs to Russia’s Black Sea Fleet and the extent of the damage is being investigated, according to the Ministry of Defense.
