At least two people are being treated for shrapnel injuries after a Russian robot attack against the big city of Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine, Mayor Ihor Terechov says.

Several residential buildings were reportedly damaged in the attack, which targeted at least two different areas of the city, according to local authorities. Emergency services are searching for injured people.

Russia’s attacks on Kharkiv, often targeting residential areas and the electricity grid, have intensified recently.
