Meteorologist Evgeny Tishkovets threatens NATO countries on state television.
Russia expert Julia Davis reacts to the statement.
“You won’t see a weather report like this in any other country,” she writes on X.
The infamous TV personality Vladimir Solovyov has had his own evening program on state Russian television for over ten years. Recently, a nuclear threat appeared in the middle of a weather forecast, writes Dagbladet.
Russia expert Julia Davis, who covers Russian state television, reacted to the statement in a post on Twitter.
“At the same time in Russia: Meteorologist Evgeny Tishkovets tells Vladimir Solovyov that the weather is perfect for carrying out nuclear attacks on NATO countries. You won’t see a weather report like this in any other country,” he writes she.
The threat: Who shall we spare?
Julia Davis also reacts on another sequence from Solovyov’s program. There, the host and guests discuss nuclear attacks on Western targets.
– France, Great Britain, Poland and Germany, says Solovjov and continues:
– I can’t decide in France: Marseille or Paris? Maybe we should have a vote: Who should we spare?
The Russian academic Andrej Sidorov is one of the guests. He answer:
– The question is not whether we will use nuclear weapons, but against whom.
